Our group has now been researching automotive repairs for the do-it-your-selfer for 10-years and counting. We now have members in 20 countries and we continue to grow in popularity.
Over the years, our overhead multiplied greatly and our visitor demographics began to shift away from the US and toward Europe and other overseas markets. Requests from the US & Canada nowadays are only about a quarter of all requests.
In late 2006 we transferred our base of operations to our sister library in the Russian Federation, where labor costs and other overhead are much more reasonable.
Today, we rely upon a world-wide team of researchers and we have actually increased our product selection AND our customer satisfaction while not sacrificing the quality and personal service that we have always been known for.
We have more sources of automotive data available now than ever before and we will be adding new features in the very near future.
